I have been a customer for years and purchased online so many times and never had an experience like this one. I received the jacket without a tag and without its dust bag. If it was some other time I would have returned it but I needed for the weekend and couldn’t do so. For this time experience I would give zero star. And if something like this happens to me again I would never purchase online ever again from politix. I actually wanted to contact customer service regarding to this matter but I was so busy I couldn’t do so.
