Track Your Order
Place your order and you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email. High fives, we’ve got your order and we’re working on it. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail.
Once we process and dispatch your order, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email along with your Tracking Number.
After you receive your Tracking Number, your order is on its way. Use your Tracking Number to track your parcel with our Australia-wide delivery partner StarTrack.

Do I Need to Be Home?
No, if you are not home at the time of delivery our delivery provider will leave the parcel on the premises if it is safe to do so.
Can I Get Delivery to My Work?
Yes, but you MUST include the company name when filling out your delivery address. Do not leave the company field blank, otherwise the courier will not deliver to your work address.
Can I Pick Up In Store?
Yes — You may pick up your order in store.
Click & Collect is available at all selected stores Australia-wide (excluding David Jones and Myer).
In the unlikely event that we can't complete your Click & Collect order, we'll organise for a refund to be processed to your original payment method. If you have not collected your order after 14 days, we'll need to void your items and issue you with a refund.
Items Missing In My Parcel - Split Shipment
To ensure all your items arrive in a timely fashion, we may split your order into multiple shipments. If your online parcel is smaller than you expected, this means you are receiving a split shipment. But don't worry, nothing has been forgotten. The rest will arrive in separate deliveries.
