Rated 1 out of 5 by SP Kaushik from Poor quality and horrible customer service The blazer is of extremely poor quality despite the cost, after using it only once, lots of lint appeared on the Blazer as if it was a heavily used old item. So, I went to the Castle Hill store where I purchased it, where they asked for the invoice, I showed them a copy of the e-invoice I had on my email. Despite the invoice being extremely clear, they told me that they only accept physical copies of invoices for refunds and told me to return with a physical copy of the invoice. So, the next day, I went back with a physical invoice, and they told me that it is a minor defect, and I can still wear it, refusing to replace or refund the blazer. This was also within 25 days of the purchase.
