  1. Place your order and you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email. High fives, we’ve got your order and we’re working on it. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail.
  2. Once we process and dispatch your order, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email along with your Tracking Number.
  3. After you receive your Tracking Number, your order is on its way. Use your Tracking Number to track your parcel with our Australia-wide delivery partner StarTrack.

Do I need to be home?

Yes, but if nobody's home the courier will leave a card with pick up instructions.

Can I get delivery to my work?

Yes, but you MUST include the company name when filling out your delivery address. Do not leave the company field blank, otherwise the courier will not deliver to your work address

Can I pick up in store?

We are currently undergoing some system upgrades to bring you an even better customer experience. During this time, our Click and Collect service and in-store locator will be unavailable. In the meantime, you can still shop in-store or place an online order for delivery. We apologise for the inconvenience caused during this time.

Items missing in my parcel - Split Shipment

To ensure all your items arrive in a timely fashion, we may split your order into multiple shipments. If your online parcel is smaller than you expected, this means you are receiving a split shipment. But don't worry, nothing has been forgotten. The rest will arrive in separate deliveries

Your country of delivery may have taxes and duties on goods. Unfortunately, there’s no standard and charges may vary widely from country to country.

This means that you may need to pay taxes and import duties on your order, which may be applied by customs at the destination country. As such, we cannot calculate or predict what these charges are and cannot take responsibility for taxes and duties you may incur.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from making the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed in the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
