Does Politix share my information with third parties?

POLITIX does not share, sell or trade your personal information gathered online, such as email addresses or postal addresses.
Personal information collected online will only be disclosed within our corporate group.

Is my information deleted?

Any information that we no longer require is destroyed securely.
An exception to this may be retention of the information for data analysis. However, if this occurs then the information will be retained in a form that does not allow you to be identified from that information.

Can I access my personal information?

You may review and change your personal information related to your use of our online site. To access your information, simply click “Edit my details” on “My Politix Profile” page, simply click “Update my details” at the bottom of our website. If you would like to know what information we hold about you please contact us.

If you discover that there is an error or information is missing, update your details online by clicking “Edit My Information” on “My Politix Profile” page. We will try to ensure that all information we collect, use or disclose about you is accurate, complete and up-to-date.

Is my online order secure?

Protecting your personal and order information is a priority at POLITIX. We want you to be able to order from politix.com.au with total confidence. As such we have created a secure transaction environment. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Our On-line Ordering system uses the industry standard for encryption technology, to protect your online order information.

SSL encrypts all information including your credit card and all personal information passed from you to politix.com.au. Encryption provides you with security and peace of mind when your browser and local network supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.


How do I order online?

Browse the website for items that are of interest to you, then:

Select the size, quantity and colour of the item and add to bag

Your shopping bag

You can update your item quantity by changing the numbers in the quantity section and click on “update your bag”. If you are not happy with the item selected, simply click on “edit” or “remove” to update your order.


Once you are happy with your order, click on CHECKOUT, then enter your details in the following sections

Can I return my online purchase?

Yes, you can return your online purchase within 14 days of your initial purchase Please refer to our Returns Policy

What if I am sent a faulty item?

Our quality control team inspect all orders to ensure the goods you receive meet our exacting quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item/s please contact us at online@politix.com.au to arrange a free replacement delivery. Politix will accept the return of faulty goods within 14 days of receipt

What if my goods are lost in transit or damaged?

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at online@politix.com.au within 7 working days of placing your order so we can investigate.

What if I am sent the wrong item?

Politix ensure that all deliveries are exactly what was ordered.
However, in the case where an order is incorrect, please contact us at online@politix.com.au to arrange a free replacement.

How can I pay for my online purchases?

Can I make a change to an existing order?

Yes, as long as the order has not been packed. Please send your request to online@politix.com.au. Due to the fast turnaround, some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is packed and cannot be updated, please refer to our Returns policy.

I have seen something I want in your store, but can’t find it online.

The item I am interested in has sold out online, could it still be available in one of your stores?

Yes, the item may still be available. Contact us at online@politix.com.au and we will endeavour to find the item for you.

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

FREE next day delivery to most locations, some regional and rural areas may take longer.

Do you accept international shipments?

Unfortunately at this stage, we are not shipping outside of Australia.

How do I track my order?

Refer to confirmation email sent to you; follow the link to track your parcel.

Who do I contact if I have trouble placing an order online?

Send an email to online@politix.com.au with your contact details and phone number and we will endeavour to help you between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday

Can I cancel my order?

Not if items have already been dispatched. If notified before goods have been dispatched, Politix will attempt to process your cancellation. Please refer to Returns Policy

Can I redeem a Gift Voucher online?

Unfortunately at this stage we are not able to redeem gift vouchers online.

How do I know what size I am?

Do you ship to a PO Box address?

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO BOX addresses at this time.
