I want to thank you for your understanding = as I returned my son's jeans after a long stay in hospital for severe covid and had missed the return window - by a month and a half!
Your staff could not have been nicer. They immediately sent me the documentation I needed plus a postal sticker so it had all your details on it, already. The turnaround time was about a week to change the size. My son loves his new jeans and I bought him a new Politix shirt to go with the jeans. Now you are following up to make sure all went well - 5 star service and beyond! Thank you so much for your kindness and super efficiency

Saw this shirt in store. Loved it. Sent photo to son who also liked it. Prefect for birthday day celebrations. No longer stock in store so ended up ordering online..discounted..yeahy! Ordered at lunchtime Thursday..3-4 days delivery.. ok. Received it 9.30am next morning (on his birthday.. Awesomness! ) very happy
