Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ordered suit but the pants didn't come... Missing Pieces, Broken Suit I recently ordered a 3-piece suit, and while the jacket and vest arrived promptly, I am extremely disappointed to report that the pants were missing from the shipment. A suit is, by definition, an ensemble, and receiving two-thirds of the order makes it completely unwearable and useless for its intended purpose. It's truly baffling to receive an incomplete core item like this. To make matters worse, there appears to be no option to cancel the order, forcing me to deal with a partial product that I cannot use. This lack of a cancellation option for a fundamentally flawed order is unacceptable. I cannot review the "suit" as I only received a partial order. My current rating reflects the frustration of receiving an incomplete item and the poor customer experience due to the inability to cancel. I had to then call around the surrounding Politix stores to find them, which you would think the main/head office could do easily... Disappointing service.
