At Politix we pride ourselves on providing a quality product to our customers. We want to give you a hassle-free way to get the correct items so you can kick back and enjoy your purchases.

You can bring your item and your receipt to one of our Politix freestanding stores. Find your nearest store here

You can book your exchange in 3 EASY STEPS:

  1. Go to https://parcelpoint.com.au/politix and follow the online process to book your exchange choosing from the following two options:
    • Parcel Point: a trackable returns service at hundreds of locations, open 7 days a week and late hours for your convenience. This is our cheapest returns method at a flat rate of $6.95 (incl. GST) including proof of postage.
    • Post Office: take your parcel to any post office and return it using a trackable service. Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel.
  2. Simply print and attach your returns label onto the parcel.
  3. Post your parcel back to us by taking it to your local ParcelPoint store or post office.

Here is all the serious stuff that you need to know about our exchange policy.

We are happy to exchange full price or sale items provided that:

  • The exchange is within 14 days from the purchase date.
  • We accept exchanges for incorrect size and change of mind when the item is unworn and in its original selling condition, with all the original labels and tickets attached to the item.
  • You provide the original receipt as proof of purchase.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot return or exchange Politix underwear and Politix swimwear.
  • Refunds are not given for incorrect size choice or change of mind; please choose carefully.
  • We cannot offer a refund or exchange on purchases made in MYER, these must be returned to a MYER store.

I live outside of Australia, can I exchange?

Yes, simply email us at online@politix.com.au within 14 days of purchase to arrange an international exchange.

Please note that exchange postage costs are at your own expense. Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed up properly and obtain a tracking ID when posting.

Contact us within 14 days of purchase; you can get a credit note that is valid for 3 months.

If you purchased online – we can give you an online credit note.
If you purchased in-store – we can give you a store credit note.
Please note that these credit notes are not transferable between store and online.

You've worn the item and believe it's faulty.

We oversee our products from design to store and comply with consumer rights according ACCC legislation. This is to ensure that every Politix piece you’re wearing is quality. Please keep in mind that reasonable wear and tear is to be expected and is not considered as a fault for repair or replacement.
If you encounter an unusual problem with your product, we’re here to help you fix it:

1. Go in store – in most cases our stylists can assess your garment on the spot.
