All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. All prices are inclusive of GST.

Free Shipping and Delivery in Australia

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders are normally shipped between 1 – 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please note your order may take longer to be delivered during the Sale period.

Rural and remote areas may take longer.

We must have your complete and correct addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.

To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to an office or where there is someone to receive it between 9am – 5pm. If there is no one at the delivery address, your order will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to sign to pick it up.

Please note: We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.

If goods you have ordered are out of stock, you shall be notified as soon as possible. Your payment will be immediately refunded to your credit card.

We may require additional verifications or information before processing any order.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes you can! On the day that your order is shipped we will send you an email confirming its despatch which will include a tracking code so that you can follow your order through to delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

At POLITIX we pride ourselves on providing a quality product to our customers. We want you to enjoy your purchases and continue shopping with us. If you are dissatisfied with an item we will assist you with an exchange.


We are happy to exchange, provided that:
The item is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase; and
The item is unworn and in its original condition, with all the original labels and tickets attached to the item; and
You provide the original receipt as proof of purchase.

Please note:

There is no exchange or refund on sale items, unless of course, if the item is faulty or damaged.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear.


Refunds are not granted to adjust for a change of mind purchase; please choose carefully.

When returning you have two options:

Head in to one of our freestanding POLITIX stores to exchange or return.
Please ensure you also bring the credit card used to make the purchase as all refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Politix will gladly pay the packaging and postage costs for a replacement. However, all “change of mind” returns must be shipped and handled at the customer’s own cost.
