Returns & Exchanges
At POLITIX we pride ourselves on providing a quality product to our customers. We want you to enjoy your purchases and continue shopping with us. If you are dissatisfied with an item we will assist you with an exchange.

Exchange:

We are happy to exchange, provided that

  • The item is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase; and
  • The item is unworn and in its original condition, with all the original labels and tickets attached to the item;
  • You provide the original receipt as proof of purchase; and
  • There is no exchange on sale items, unless of course, if the item is faulty or damaged.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on underwear.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are not granted to adjust for a change of mind purchase; please choose carefully.
  • There is no refund on sale items, unless of course, if the item is faulty or damaged.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept refunds on underwear.

When returning you have two options:

OPTION 1: Head in to one of our freestanding POLITIX stores.
Please ensure you also bring the credit card used to make the purchase as all refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Politix will gladly pay the packaging and postage costs for a replacement. However, all “change of mind” returns must be shipped and handled at the customer’s own cost.
